that can jeopardize your health. Register today for the AACC Community Dance and Drum
Community Class for all ages on Saturday afternoons at 350 Masten Avenue.

Directed by Senegalese dance / drum masters Adama Seydi and Youssou Lo, movement to the
West African rhythms may also help diabetics to lower blood sugar levels. Dance class is from
3 to 3:45 p.m. – followed by drum class from 3:45 to 5 p.m. So dress comfortably and come out
for a culturally healing experience!
